Apple has today the new iPhone 7 and the 7 Plus, to reveal that these beastly devices are powered by even more powerful and monstrous processor. The new iPhone lineup packs in a completely redesigned high-performance quad core processor, called the A10 Fusion.
The only thing is Tegra. Having a phone with a Tegra processor obviously opens up all the Tegra specific games/apps. Is there a good reason to choose a quad core which is not Tegra?

I have a question about the quad cores. Sometime in the next year I might buy a new phone to replace my HD2 (still running very well!) I was thinking HTC OneX (although sense puts me off a little bit) but could be interested in the Meizu MX.
The quad-core exynos has already made it's debut on the Galaxy S III international version, just not for the US. I am waiting for either Samsung's next gen hardware with LTE or qualcomm's quad core S4 with adreno 320 in a Nexus phone.
