This is where I'm glad I picked up the Party Wagon last go around. Now to debate if I really want Splinter and Shredder for my collection.
Honestly they need to re-release the blimp.
I'm definitely excited for these. I never did have Splinter or Shredder growing up, so there's no way I'm going to pass on them. I just hope these aren't too hard to find, and that we actually get to see all of the second wave.
I'm still debating if I should open them up, or keep them in their nice packaging. I'm planning on keeping any of the 6" figures I get in-package, so it would make sense to then open these. Would help if the Party Wagon wasn't so expensive, or if I could find my original one. Having that would make opening them a no-brainer.
The Mech Wrekkers are...interesting. Not something I'll get, but I like that Playmates is looking outside the box these days. Now, how about we get a reissue of the Turtle's blimp?

Toys “R” Us has posted pre-orders for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Retro Collection. Along with these new pre-orders, they also have release dates, prices and new images of the packaging. The four Ninja Turtles, Splinter and Shredder are due to ship August 27th. The Party Wagon and the Mech Wrekkers are scheduled to ship September 9th.
Priced at $59.99, the Turtle Party Wagon is an instant hit of nostalgia. I was really surprised to even spot these considering that for the last year my area has seen inconsistent distribution on this line.
