Our Review of Bambo Nature Diapers

Bambo Nature diapers are just like regular disposable diapers. They are soft and trim without the crunchy feeling of some chlorine free diapers. They are highly absorbent and have a breathable back panel to make sure skin doesn’t stay too moist. We were battling some stubborn diaper rash recently, so we have been using disposables for overnight in order to use some more hard core diaper creams. The cloth diaper friendly creams were not cutting it this time!

Bambo diapers are cut a little taller and wider than their competitors, so I find them to be great for boys. you can get a lot of protection up front on the tummy. My son did not even try to take this diaper off at night, or show his other signs of being itchy, so it seems Bambo diapers were gentle enough on his overly sensitive skin.

My daughter crawled into our little splash pool in the yard in a Bambo Nature diaper and the amount it swelled up was reminiscent of the old disposables I remember from 30 years ago. Manufacturers have reduced absorbency of disposables over the years in order to make them more trim, but this makes it extremely hard to find a paper diaper that can last the night. Not so with Bambo!

Overall, I like the diapers and they are a nice option for those looking for a ‘greener’ disposable diaper. For more information on Bambo Nature diapers visit .

As much as we try to go with reusable products for our family, we also need convenience sometimes. Maybe it is in the form of packaged food, maybe it is paper towels. Let’s face it. Disposable items have a time and a place. My daughter gets a wicked diaper rash every now and then that requires a non cloth safe cream. We also do not make grandparents deal with our cloth diapers, so our family occasionally turns to disposable diapers when the situation calls for it. However, it does not mean we still don’t care about the resources and chemicals used in producing them and their safety in regard to our kids. That is why it is nice to have a more eco-conscious diaper to turn to like .
Produced in Denmark, Bambo Nature diapers are certified in several Eco-friendly registrars and it is considered one of the best disposable diapers around for the environmentally conscious family.
